FAQ: Can I access all of the 5 microsecond data points in N6705B Scope View when using the N6780 series SMU modules?

The 5 microsecond sample rate is only available when ONE parameter is being measured from only ONE module using the N6705B Scope View.

Scope View is the only way to get the 5 microsecond sample rate, but then you are limited to 512k samples of data at a time (using the N6705B front panel), or 1M sample using the 14585A software.
